The Ten Commandments. We first see the commandments in Scripture in Exodus 20, as the people have been delivered by the LORD from their captivity from Egypt. After being in captivity for 430 years (Exodus 12:40-41) the people would need to know how to live for the LORD. In today's sermon series, we see the people being reminded by Moses of the commands the LORD as a new generation is preparing to enter into the Promise Land.
